Answer: Yes, if you are a dual national of Pakistan-Sweden or Pakistan-Finland or Pakistan and any other eligible country; and also have a valid NICOP but your normal Swedish Passport is expired and cannot get a new Swedish Passport urgently. You can travel to Pakistan with Swedish Emergency Passport which should be valid for 6 months. You have to apply 72 hours for Swedish Emergency Passport before your travel plan. And you can live in Pakistan till the validity of your NICOP. However, you should come back to Sweden before the expiry of your Swedish Emergency Passport.
Answer: Yes, You can travel as long as you have a valid Swedish Passport and Valid NICOP, no matter if your Swedish Passport is valid for three months. As you are dual national of both Pakistan and Sweden and you do not need visa, so you can travel even with three months validity Swedish Passport. You must come back to Sweden within the validity of your Swedish Passport. The same rules apply to Finland and other countries having dual nationality arrangements with Pakistan.
However, if you want to apply for Pakistan online visa or visa for another country then you must have a minimum six months validity Passport. Similarly, if you travel to another country as a visitor like USA, you must have a minimum 6 months validity passport.

Answer: No. A single entry visa is exhausted once you use it irrespective of the fact if it is still valid. Only multiple entries visa can be used multiple times till its validity.
Answer: Yes, The period of three months validity of visa is the period during which you can travel. While your stay starts from the date of entry into Pakistan. So if you enter into Pakistan on 20 June, 2020, you can stay upto 20 July, 2020 which is 30 days. Many people are confused about it. So the time of stay always starts from the date of entry and not from the date of issuance of visa.
The same rules apply to multiple entry visa also. However, the main difference between Single entry and multiple entry is that with multiple entry visa your can enter into Pakistan multiple times till the validity of the Visa while with Single entry visa you can enter only once. Moreover, for each person the duration of stay may be different according to the nationality and visa category. The duration of stay and grant of visa is the discretion of of the Visa Officer of the Government of Pakistan. For Afghan national and origin duration of stay is normally granted for 45 days.
Answer: Yes, you simply need to upload either copy of your expired POC, NICOP, MRP, old Pakistani Passport or birth certificate. If you have any one of these documents even expired or old one, just upload copy of that and apply for family visa. Answer: Yes, you can apply for online NGO visa to the concerned Embassy/High Comission/Consulate of Pakistan. However, Visas for NGO, INGO and Missionary are processed by the Ministry of Interior, Islamabad, Pakistan and once the process is completed by the Ministry of Interior, Islamabad, Pakistan a decision on the visa application is conveyed by email to the applicant. Administrative process of these type of visa take longer and the applicant should apply atleast two to three months before the schedule time of departure.
Answer: Yes, you can apply for online visa for Diplomatic Assignment. However, your visa is processed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad, Pakistan and not by the Embassy/High Commission/Consulate General of Pakistan.

Answer: Visa cannot be claimed as a right. Issuance of Visa is the prerogaive of Government of Pakistan exercised through designated authorities. Thus the authority can deny/refuse the issuance of visa without assigning any reason. Even if you have a valid visa, you may be refused entry into Pakistan by Immigration authority on suspession or security ground. Answer: No. If your Pakistan E-Visa or manual Visa still valid you can travel to Pakistan with your two passports (Old and New) as long as the visa is valid, not damaged. Also, the name and date of birth and other personal data should be the same in both passports. Answer No. 19: Yes, you can apply for online visa to the Embassy of Pakistan Sweden because Finland is accredited to that Embassy and there is no Embassy or Consulate of Pakistan in Finland. What you need when you apply for online visa, just choose Sweden and Stockholm in the option of Place of Interview. Your visa will be processed by the Pakistan Embassy in Sweden. The same principle applies to the entire applicants residing in their respective countries. When an applicant chooses the country of interview, the online visa is processed by the Embassy/High Commission/Consulate of Pakistan in that country or in the country of accreditation.
Important Note: Many people, especially afghan national, make frequently this mistake while they are residing in Sweden or Finland and choosing Afghanistan their place of interview while applying for Pakistan online visa. Thus their visas are processed by the Pakistani Embassy or Consulate in Afghanistan.
It is, therefore, very important to note that carefully select the country of Interview where you are currently legally residing or you are a citizen of that country. For example, an Afghan national legally residing in Sweden or Finland must select the place of Interview Sweden and Stockholm.
Yes, if you have six month validity Emergency Temporary passport, you can apply for online Pakistan E-Visa and can travel to Pakistan. In case you have a valid POC or NICOP then you do not need visa and can travel with Emergency Passport alongwith valid POC or NICOP. Otherwise apply for online E-visa. And you can also come back to Sweden on the same passport as you are Swedish National.
Answer: If your child has Alien Passport, he cannot apply for Pakistan online visa as Pakistan Online Visa System (POVS) does not accept Alien Passport and Travel Document for visa as matter of Policy.
However, your child can travel to Pakistan if he has a valid NICOP and Alien Passport. The NICOP must be in English and must has on the back this Remarks: “ (The name of the parson) is entitled visa free entry into Pakistan”. The personal information (Name, date of birth and nationality) of the child must be the same both on Alien Passport and NICOP. If there is any discrepancy of the child information on Alien Passport and NICOP then he cannot travel to Pakistan with Alien Passport and NICOP.

Answer: Yes, if any person has Swedish or Finnish passport and also has either a valid Pakistani NICOP or POC or Passport, he/she can travel to Pakistan without a visa. However, the person must carry both Swedish and Pakistani passports. Both passports must have the same personal information that is, name, date of birth and place of birth of the person.
Answer: No, each applicant must apply separately online even if the child is one month old. However, the mother or father can only write the name of the children on the visa application as accompanied children. Online visa is issued only for one person. Moreover, you can apply for all the children from one account.
Answer: If your application is shown as cancelled. You cannot review it now. The limitation time for review of application is seven (7) days. If you do not re-submit your application within prescribed seven (7) days, the computer system automatically cancels it. Thus you need to apply again with fresh application and you have to pay the fee again.

Answer: All the applications are sent back for review for the following two reasons:
a) If application is complete in all respect, still the Visa Officer may send back to you for final re-check. Because once the E-Visa is issued, it cannot be edited or corrected later on. Moreover, only the applicant has the option to make correction. That is why all the applications are re-sent for final re-check to avoid any mistake and inconvenience to the applicant at the airport.
b) The second reason for sending the application for review is that the Visa Officer wants the applicant to upload further convincing supporting documents. The Visa Officer can ask for any document or for person interview of the applicant either by phone or in person.
If you do not re-submit your application within seven (7) days, your application automatically stands cancelled. In case, you do not have in hand the required documents or cannot arrange within seven (7) days. Just write in remarks to the Visa Officer, the following remarks:
“Sir/Madam, I will arrange the required documents within 10 or 15 days. Kindly send my application for review again after 10 days”. And resubmit your application, this procedure will give you further time and you will avoid cancellation of your application.
Answer: Yes, you can apply for your foreign national wife either family category or visit/tourist whichever you want. Check the requirements of each category, just apply for that category for which you can easily provide documentary proof.

Answer: No, the Visa Grant Notice is automatically computer generated on the basis of information given and typed by the applicant. The Visa Officer sends back each and every application to the applicant for final re-check to correct a mistake if there is any. Once the Visa Grant Notice is issued, it can neither be changed or edited and corrected. Only the applicant can make correction and edition either during the submission of application or review process in the three fields, that is,
1. Name,
2. Passport number
3. Date of birth
If there is any mistake on the Visa Grant Notice, it is because of the applicant and not of the Visa Officer. The Visa Officer cannot make any edition or alteration in the personal information of applicant. In such case, the applicant has to re-apply a new application and provide correct personal information and has to pay the visa fee again.
